3003 Alloy Hot Color Aluminum Coated Coils is the most widely used of all aluminum alloys. It is essentially commercially pure aluminum with the addition of manganese, which increases the strength some 20% over 1100. Thus, it has all the excellent characteristics of 1100 with higher strength. It has excellent corrosion resistance and workability, and it may be deep drawn or spun; welded, or brazed. This alloy is non-heat treatable.

PVDF(fluorine-carbon) coating :made of fluorine carbon resin, pigment, ester solvent, after high temperature roasting and baking, the paint is solidified to dry film with super weather resistance. PVDF coating also can be classified as traditional PVDF and nanometer PVDF coating.

3003 Alloy Hot Color Aluminum Coated Coils sheet is an essentially 98% pure aluminium alloy with minor additions for strengths, because it has manganese, its corrosion resistance is very good, and also its strength is greater than 1000 series alloys, but its price is almost same as 1000 series alloys, therefor it is widely used for making roofing.
